Republicans Who Care will empower young black males aged 12-26 through the Solid Foundation Certification, a one-year pilot program. Solid Foundation Certification is a one-year pilot that supports young black males 12-26 in opening banks, and starting a business through a teaching methodology that teaches self-efficacy, the value of a life, consequences, conflict resolution, entrepreneurship, environmental trauma extraction, civic engagement, merchandising, and financial literacy.
